Please note that we do not issue refunds for returns. However, we will gladly provide store credit for damaged items. This store credit can be used towards the purchase of any other product on our website.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase for reasons other than damage, we are committed to finding a solution. We will attempt to replace the product with another item of their choice that is of the same price as the returned item. This way, we ensure that our customers are able to find a product that meets their needs and preferences.
It is important to mention that we do not make any exceptions when it comes to refunds or returns of digital products, such as journals and notebooks. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for them.
